The NASBIC Education Committee works to incorporate ideas from students and faculty and this year, the Institute is a stream-lined three-day education program that takes an interactive approach with detailed lectures, question/answer sessions, case studies, and networking events. The Institute curriculum reflects the changing investment strategies and the cyclical environment of this dynamic industry.

The Institute is a "must attend" event for . . .
Professionals and other principals from direct investing venture capital companies, partnerships, government investment agencies, and institutions who:
  • have less than four years’ experience or are new to the venture industry;
  • are forming new venture capital investment organizations;
  • are from institutions and corporations investing in venture capital funds;
  • are Alumni or industry veterans seeking innovative ideas to improve their operations and returns.
The Institute gives you . . .
  • a unique opportunity to spend quality deal-making time with your peers;
  • an indispensable Resource Guide and materials that you’ll use throughout your career;
  • an opportunity to meet faculty members who are distinguished practitioners in the industry;
  • the tools to create global alliances in today’s global venture market;
  • the chance to develop your own productive industry network.
We are confident that the Venture Capital Institute gives students the global competitive advantage through both the traditional and present-day strategies that are taught and the peer networks that are created at the Institute.

As one VCI alum noted, “This has been a career building event.” We hope that you will join us in September for the 33rd Annual Venture Capital Institute.

Sincerely,
Clare Fairfield

This conference was by far one of the best training experiences I have had. The quality of the faculty obviously had a lot to do with this. One thing that added to the overall excellence was the pacing of information delivery-- there was no lag time!

This workshop is a 'must attend' for anyone wanting to refine their education on the current state of the venture capital industry. One of the most important priorities a venture capitalist has is to develop a reliable source of good company deal flow. What better forum than the Venture Capital Institute??

A very solid program. The quality of the faculty and its obvious delight in sharing views and experience exceeded all expectations.
Overall, very pleased, learned a lot and look forward to Graduate Program. Thanks!

. . . having been here this week, I now feel prepared to be more effective as a strategic investor! Great facility and great food.

Thank you very much for your effort to make such a great conference.

Excellent program. Must attend for all VC professionals.

I am very impressed by the overall quality of the presentations and the real life experience of all the speakers.

Very good program-- would definitely recommend it to others.
